Where New Relic wins
New Relic is the more complete platform: mature, deep APM; a large catalog of quickstarts and integrations; browser and mobile monitoring; and NRQL for arbitrarily precise queries once you invest in learning it. If you want one vendor for everything and per-user pricing fits your team, it is the broader product. Epok is built for the narrower job most teams actually use it for — catching and explaining what broke.

Epok accepts logs via the Elasticsearch bulk API, Loki push, OTLP, syslog, FluentBit, Fluentd, CloudWatch subscription filters, and raw JSON over HTTP.
If you already use an OpenTelemetry collector or open log shipper, add Epok as a second exporter. New Relic's proprietary agents are not Epok outputs; agent-only teams should add a second path for the approved scope.
